ASQ-3 Ages and Stages Questionnaire

The ASQ-3 screening is a tool that we use to assess the developmental of children in the following areas: communication, fine motor skills, problem solving, gross motor skills and personal-social skills. The screening helps to determine if the child may need to be referred for a more in-depth evaluation so that early intervention may be provided if needed. Early treatment of developmental delays can help give a child the best opportunity to reach his/her full potential. The ASQ-3 can also help parents learn more about what to expect their child to be able to do at each stage of their development.
